How Will It Work
Dropshipping is the process of you selling the products listed on this website without having to stock any of them. You sell the items from your website at a price you determine. After your customer purchases from you and pays for the item then you simply buy it from us and we send them direct to your customer.
We send the product out to your customer and the difference between what you pay us for the item and what your customer pays you for the item is your profit!
You as the dropshipper have a way to earn some money without any up front costs. This means you can display as much or as little of our items as you wish.
Our postage costs are exactly the same for the dropship service as they are if you were ordering products to stock yourself.
On the checkout pages there is a section to inform us this is a dropship sale and also to enter an alternative (your customers) address.
All dropship items sent out DO NOT have any of our details in with them, your customer will think they have come direct from you.

Export Restrictions
At present, we trade within the United Kingdom, and export to countries who are members of the EU
1. Dropshipping is only offered to websites that are up and running and have an integral online store. We DO NOT Offer drop shipping for Ebay shops, purely because you run the risk of receiving detrimental feedback if we are unable to supply a product for any reason.
2. You are responsible for placing the orders online and providing us with the correct details. We will not take responsibility for orders that have gone missing due to incorrect delivery details.
3. Orders are only accepted when placed online. We do not accept dropship orders by phone/email or fax.
4. You pay the price advertised on this website.
5. Orders must be paid for online either by credit card or Paypal. We do not offer account facilities for our dropshipping service.
6. We will take responsibility for resending any missing parcels. However, prior to us resending the parcel you are responsible for:
a) Requesting the customer to check their address is correct.
b) Checking you have given us the correct delivery address.
c) Ensuring the customer has checked the parcel is not at their local Royal Mail sorting office (whether a card has been left or not).
7. The majority of our items are in stock. However, on occasion deliveries may be delayed or alternatively a line may be discontinued or sold out and incorrect quantities listed, we will not be held responsible if an item is out of stock when the order is picked and a refund will be issued to you for the item thats unavailable.
8. Any items that are faulty should be returned to us and a replacement will be sent free of charge. You will need to advise is that a return is on it's way quoting the item and order number. In such circumstances you will need to advise your customer of our return delivery address. In this instance we recommend you ask your customer to address the parcel: Returns Dept, YOUR COMPANY NAME, C/O 10 Wordsworth Crescent, Gateshead, NE9 7RB. Returns must be sent back recorded delivery.
9. We will not send any paper work with your orders. You should email your customer a delivery note and invoice.
10. When you place the order you will be sent an email invoice. We do NOT send paper copies of these invoices.
11. Once you have placed an order you will not be able to add items to the order. This applies even if the order has not been despatched. It is sometimes difficult to locate the order before it has been sent and the paper work recorded. In addition we have found that any interruption of the process seems to result in mistakes.
12. If you need to contact us regarding an order you must specify the order number. It is very difficult and time consuming for us to provide information on the status of an order without this number.
13. Categories that are exlcuded from the dropship service are rings and Special Offers.
14. We reserve the right to terminate the dropshipping scheme with immediate effect.
