Our liability is limited to a credit on goods found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship, and goods must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase (there is no need to inform us) We do not send out replacements. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on any pierced Jewellery. We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping your proof of your postage. Returns are sent at your own expense. No goods exchanged or credited after 14 days. No claims allowed for pilferage or damage unless we are notified in writing immediately. Notice of non-delivery must be given within 14 days of invoice date. All goods are the property of Sashas Jewels until full payment is received.
