We are a trade-only outlet, and generally do not supply retail customers. However, if you order an item from our "single item order" listing it will be deemed you are a retail customer and your terms and conditions are found below under "Retail customers Terms and Conditions"

Wholesale Customer Terms and Conditions.

 
Our liability is limited to a credit on goods found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship, and goods must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase (there is no need to inform us)
We do not send out replacements.
For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on any pierced Jewellery.
We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping your proof of your postage.
Returns are sent at your own expense.
No goods exchanged or credited after 14 days.
No claims allowed for pilferage or damage unless we are notified in writing immediately.
Notice of non-delivery must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
All goods are the property of Sashas Jewels until full payment is received.

Returns

All of our products come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee (excluding specially ordered items, earrings and sale items). Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You may either exchange the item or request a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items they are not in their original condition, and labels have been detached.

Our returns period is 21 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. This date is by which any returns must be received back to us, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us. 

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. 

If you have requested a refund, we will refund your credit card within 2 days but please note that once we have refunded your card, it is then out of our control when your bank refunds the money onto the credit card. Any refunds due are credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. 

If you have requested a replacement of a higher value, we will telephone you to take payment information over the telephone for the difference. 

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery (UK only).  If you would like to exchange an item that needs to be posted internationally, we will refund your credit card so you can then order the replacement items from our website. 

If you wish to return an item to us, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please email sales@sashas-jewels.co.uk and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement (UK only) is required. 

Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely and please write your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to The Jewellery Shop. 

Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to thejewelleryshop.net within 30 days. Please email us at sales@sashas-jewels.co.uk immediately upon receipt of the product and give your order number. If the item is still in stock, we can either send you a replacement or refund the cost of item or you may wish to choose a different item. 

Please follow the procedure for returns and send the item(s) to us together with a note, explaining the fault and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and offer you the choice of either a replacement or a refund. In some cases we will return the item to the supplier for repair so please allow time for us to deal with your order.

Cancelling an Order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. 

To cancel this contract, either telephone or email Customer Services at sales@sashas-jewels.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel. 

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we can then refund the credit card.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

No contract will subsist between you and Sashas Jewels for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Sashas Jewels accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has despatched your product. 

For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Sashas Jewels. irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Agreeing to Our Terms and Conditions At Checkout

When you place an order with us, you will be asked to confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions contained within all our help pages. Please read these pages as clicking on the confirmation on the checkout pages states that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated. 

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and the changes will effective from when they are displayed on our website. 

We do not take responsibility for any errors on our website, including the pricing of the jewellery as mistakes do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you will then be able decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded.send us your request by post or fax.
